Course description
The Standard First Aid & CPR C course will teach candidates all aspects of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). It is ideal for participants who are looking to complete training for work requirements or for more knowledge to respond to emergencies inside and outside their home. This course meets all legislation for both provincial insurance, WSIB work safety boards, university/college and work requirements. All first aid courses include AED training.

This course is designed for those who are looking for general knowledge of first aid principles and emergency injury treatment. One will learn rescue breathing techniques, CPR, wound assessment, choking, and how to treat external bleeding, a heart attack or stoke, and how to properly use an AED. CPR-B covers only infant and child skill training with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
