Disruptive Behaviour Policy

If a Student exhibits disruptive behaviour at Lifeguarding Academy, the Student will be immediately removed from the pool or class area and instructed to sit in a designated safe area. Lifeguarding Academy’s administrative team will be promptly notified, and Lifeguarding Academy will contact the Parents and/or Legal Guardians to inform them of the situation. Such disruption may result in the Student's failure to complete the course and result in the forfeiture of any course certification and tuition, as determined at Lifeguarding Academy’s sole discretion. This policy ensures the safety and respect of all students and staff, with a focus on accountability and notification to Parent and/or Legal Guardians.
