Step 2: Complete the online training

Please ensure to go through the online content thoroughly and understand them well. If you have any questions regarding the content or having trouble accessing them, you can use the live chat button on the bottom right corner of this page to be connected to an instructor during the business hours. While you are welcome to go through the content at your own pace, please understand that there is roughly 9 hours worth of information and we encourage you to allow yourself enough time.

Your instructor is able to check your progress and you are expected to know these contents thoroughly as you will be tested on them in-person.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email from our online platform, "Coassemble". In the second email you will have a button that will redirect you to the online course as well.

On your first login, your username and password will be the following. We suggest that you change this password on your first log-in.

You must attend your in-person training to be certified.
