Leave Policy

You, as the Parent and/or Legal Guardian, hereby grant consent and permission for your child to leave the premises during the designated break periods, acknowledging that by doing so, the child will not be under any supervision or under the responsibility of the Lifeguarding Academy. It is the sole responsibility of the Parent and/or Legal Guardian to expressly inform Lifeguarding Academy of any considerations that would prohibit the Student from leaving the premises. It is the responsibility of the Parent or Legal Guardian to expressly communicate this to Lifeguarding Academy. Lifeguarding Academy shall not be held responsible for preventing the Student from leaving the premises during the course or scheduled break times. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifeguarding Academy and any of its employees, staff, instructors, or representatives, from any claims, liabilities, or actions arising out of your child's unsupervised departure from the premises. In the event the student should be sick at any time and elect to go home, Lifeguarding Academy will endeavour to notify and contact the Parent or Legal Guardian and seek instructions.
